Trottoarfolie
IP 2555 StreetApp är en texturerad vinyl som tagits fram specifikt för applicering på asfalt, trottoarer, betong och liknande. Produkten är byggd i flera lager av bland annat tyg som gör den både flexibel och samtidigt slitstark. Vinylen behöver inte lamineras efter print. Dessutom gör texturen att vinylen har ett väldigt bra halkskydd inbyggt i sig. Det specialframtagna adhesivet har en inbyggd motståndskraft mot kemikalierna i asfalt vilket gör att det sitter ordentligt under sin livstid. Samtidigt är det semi-permanent, så vinylen är väldigt lätt att ta bort från ytan.
Materialet är avsett för solvent-, ecosolvent-, UV- samt latexbläck.

In order to avoid potential lifting of the product, we would recommend that corners are rounded rather than cut to a sharp 90° angle.
Surface preparation: In order to achieve process-secure application, it is essential that the substrate is totally dry and completely free of dust, dirt and debris before the product is installed. As such, we would recommend that the substrate is brushed and vacuumed before the IP 2555 is applied and, if the substrate is wet, we would recommend that it should be dried via gas/electric heating.
For application on structured surfaces, we recommend the use of the 45mm Soft Application Roller (MMSROLLEPRO), as it will press the material into the structure of the surface.
