Spandex Ltd Delivery and Returns process

Please note that any roll media less than 5 metres in length and any colour change wrapping films of any length are non-refundable.
Wrap films include 3M™ Series 1380 and 1080, Avery® Supreme Wrap, Intermediate Wrap and Conformable Chrome and Oracal® 975 and 970RA. Please also note that inks and 3M Dichroic are also a non-returnable product.


Spandex Ltd offers next day delivery on orders received within standard Spandex operating hours.
Remote areas of Scotland, the Channel Isles, Ireland and the Isle of Man may be subject to a 2 - 5 day delivery service.
All orders placed outside of standard operating hours will not be processed until the following business day for delivery the next, i.e. order processed on Monday, for delivery on Tuesday.

Due to our order to dispatch process, cancellations are not normally possible. However, we will do our best to accommodate any requests to make changes to orders received.

All orders are subject to our standard delivery charges.

Right to return

Should you change your mind and wish to return the goods within 7 days of placing the order, please contact us at, within standard operating hours to arrange collection.  This will incur a £11.90 collection charge.

If you wish to return the goods after 7 days of placing the order, a 20% handling fee and £11.90 collection charge will apply.

This does not affect any rights you may have under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 ("DSRs").

Damaged Goods

Spandex Ltd considers the quality of both product and service to be of the utmost importance. The material we supply to our customers is designed to deliver optimum performance and consistent quality.  Problems with delivered goods must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.

Damaged packages should always be signed for as ‘damaged’ at time of delivery, even if it’s not clear if the content is also damaged.

If subsequently the content turns out to be damaged, please contact us at within standard operating hours, including photographic evidence.

Replacement goods will be dispatched next day, if they are in stock.  Otherwise, you will be contacted by a customer service representation of Spandex Ltd.

Damaged goods can only be returned once authorized by Spandex Ltd.


Spandex Ltd. is dedicated to maintaining and improving its high level of customer service.  In line with our commitment to continual improvement, where a defect on a material may relate to a quality issue, you should contact us at to initially log the non-conformance.

We will then send you a Spandex Ltd Non-Conformance Form to complete. This includes information that will help us establish what may have caused the problem.  In some cases, we may require a printed and a blank sample for testing purposes. We regret that we will not be able to return any samples to you.

By providing us with correct and complete information, we can prevent issues from re-occurring and thereby ensure continual improvement of products.

A credit will be raised only for material that has been deemed faulty by Spandex Ltd.

Goods can only be returned once authorized by Spandex Ltd.


All statements, technical information and recommendations set out in this document are based on tests we believe to be reliable, but their accuracy or completeness is not guaranteed and the following statements are made in lieu of all warranties, expressed or implied, including any implied warranties of satisfactory quality and/or fitness for purpose.

The only obligation of Spandex Ltd shall be to replace such quantities of the product that are proved to be defective.

Before using a product, the user shall determine the suitability of that product for its intended purpose. The user assumes all risk and liability whatsoever in connection therewith.  In particular, concerning digital media, the user is responsible for ensuring compatibility of the printer, ink and media combination.

Spandex Ltd shall not be liable in any way (whether in tort, contract or otherwise) for any loss or damage, whether direct, indirect, incidental or consequential, arising out of the use of the products referred to in this document, save for death or personal injury caused by Spandex’ own negligence.

No statement or recommendation made in connection with the products or contents of this document shall have any force or effect unless specifically set out in a written agreement signed by officers of Spandex Ltd. All trademarks and trade names contained in this document are the property of their respective holders and are hereby acknowledged. All goods supplied by Spandex Ltd remain the property of Spandex Ltd until paid for in full.
