ImagePerfect™ 2924 Ferro Film is a white, ferrous print media for use in magnetic POS/POP signage systems.
It can be score cut and contour cut, either manually or with a CAD/CAM plotter and has been specially created for digital printing on large-format inkjets using eco solvent or solvent inks, as well as UV-cured inks.
ImagePerfect™ 2924 Ferro Film utilises the highest quality film and has an attraction to magnetic surfaces as it is coated with micro-iron particles. Unlike printing directly on magnetic products, which are typically thick, difficult to print on, and limited in size and image quality, IP 2924 is significantly thinner, smoother, more flexible and it allows for photo-quality graphics to be printed.
This product has been developed for large-scale graphic systems and allows retailers to change in-store displays quickly and easily without the installation costs associated with professional merchandising. It simply requires a magnetic surface with which to interact, such as IP Self-Adhesive Flexible Magnetic Sheet (Product code MAGDM51710).
It is versatile and is quickly and easily installed in combination with almost any magnetic surface to meet an array of demands for changeable graphics.

To avoid the transfer of fingerprints to the surface of the media, it is advisable to wear cotton gloves.
Laminate: IP 2810-101 or IP 2810-200.
Attention: To guarantee trouble-free media transport during printing, please fix a strip of IP 2924 to the pre-heater plate on the printer. This will repel the IP 2924 from the pre-heater plate, ensuring fluent material transport through the printer. We would recommend a test to confirm printability before production.
IP 2924 is not recommended for printing on latex printers or on roll-to-roll UV printers.
For storage, ensure the packaging is closed and avoid contact with direct sunlight.
