Please make sure the printed IP 2507 is completely dry before laminating and applying. before the IP 2507 is applied, he surface should be completely cleaned.
The use of IP Surface Cleaner (MIP1000) and the lint-free, IP Surface Cleaning Cloths (MMS8373) is a good match component cleaning solution to ensure that the surface is dry and free of dust and grease. The use of acetone as an additional surface cleaner is also recommended, particularly in the case of low-energy surfaces, such as coated car glass.
In order to achieve the best results, the product should be dry applied.
When the material has been applied into convex or concave contours and is thereby subject to deformation, it is then imperative that post-heating is carried out.
As such, heat up the vinyl evenly over the contours at a temperature of 100°C.
For best results, use an infrared thermometer for accuracy (MIPIR360) or the heat gun and temperature scanner kit (MSTHG2120ESET).
