As an existing Spandex customer you have the ability to control what users within your organisation can and cannot do within the site. By assigning a specific role to each of the users, you can manage the user access to such tasks as ordering and calculating prices.
Spandex has three pre-defined user roles:
An inquirer can calculate prices and view the order history but cannot place orders online.
A buyer can calculate prices, view the order history and place orders online for your organisation.
The administrator role allows a user to perform all possible tasks, including creating, activating and deactivating users for your organisation.
