White Flex for Textile Marking
ImagePerfect™ 6903 is a thermally-printable, white Flex material which is extremely thin and offers excellent printability and washability.
It has been specifically designed for printing on thermal-transfer printers and produces excellent results when printed on the Gerber Edge I & II and FX, but also on the Roland PC 12, 60 and 600.
For applications to nylon we recommend the use of IP 6904.

Print the graphic on the material using the 3M 220 profile.
After contour cutting and weeding the excess material, apply an application tape on top of the graphic (we recommend the use of clear IP PrintFlex Tape for heat transfer).
Remove the backing and place the graphic with the image facing up on the fabric. After heat pressing, allow the material to cool off before removing the application tape.
IP 6903 can be domed with many polyurethane resins, but it can also be used as a high opacity version of IP 6901.
Only use GCS, GCM & GCP cartridges for printing on this material.
IP 6903 cannot be used on water repellent surfaces such as nylon. When using a different application tape (other than IP PrintFlex Tape) be sure to perform a test before commencing production.
Washability up to 40°C (inside out) - do not tumble dry - and iron inside out.
Due to the numerous factors associated with the manufacturing and handling of the heat transfer film, the physical properties of the fabric, as well as varying washing and cleaning conditions, product liability only extends to the unprinted material.
